2. Learned counsel appearing for the applicants states that the respondent no. 2 expired in the year 2006 and wife of respondent no.2 is already on record as respondent no.3. Learned counsel further seeks time to take steps to bring on record other legal heirs of respondent no.2.

3. Hence, applicants are permitted to amend the cause title of the appeal. Amendment to be carried out within one week.
