The learned Counsel for the parties state that they have agreed that Mr. M.S. Keni, Advocate be appointed as an Arbitrator. 2.

I have seen the agreement which is placed on record. The agreement contains an arbitration clause. By consent, Mr. M.S. Keni, Advocate having Office at Sapna Batista Building, B-7, St Joaquim Road, Borda, Margao, Goa is appointed as an Arbitrator to arbitrate upon the dispute arising from the Agreement dated 3 July 2014.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
