This is an application for extension of time to deposit the amount of Rs.3,00,000/- as was settled before the Lok Adalat on 08.09.2018.

2. The first respondent, who is the original claimant and the only contesting party, has no objection for extension of time. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the cheque dated 27.03.2019 is ready and shall be deposited during the course of the day.

3. In such circumstances, the time for deposit of amount is extended and the applicant is permitted to deposit the cheque during the course of the day.
