This petition challenges the order by which the police custody remand of the petitioners was extended up to 21/06/2016. That period having already expired and as the petitioners have now been remanded to magisterial custody, the learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition as it has become infructuous.
