3. Shri Ferreira, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to adjudicate the points raised in the Petition before the Trial Court in as much as the Petitioner had sought certain information under

WPCR/116/2017 the Right to Information Act as per the application dated 28.09.2017, which, the Petitioner has not received till date. In that view of the matter, the Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
