Lawande, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner upon instructions of the petitioner who is present in Court seeks leave to withdraw the above Writ Petition and further states that the petitioner has no claim of whatsoever nature as far as the subject acquisition proceedings in the above Writ Petition. The learned counsel also filed pursis signed by the petitioner to that effect. The pursis is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Hence, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
