2. This is an application to modify the direction issued by this Court in Order dated 17/12/2015.

3. It is pointed out by Shri Lawande, learned Government Advocate that considering the volume of work there is no requirement of appointment of Upa-Lokayukta at this stage and seeks modification in such direction. Party in person has no objection.

4. The direction to appoint Upa-Lokayukta in the Order dated 17/12/2015 stands deleted.
