2. The above Writ Petition takes exception to the refusal of an application for amendment in Appeal preferred by the Petitioner.

Without going into the rival contentions, I find it appropriate to dispose of the above Writ Petition with liberty to the Petitioners to challenge the impugned Order in case any adverse Order is passed against the Petitioner at the final disposal of the Appeal on merits.
