1. Learned counsel for Respondent No. 9 says that Respondent No. 9 is not actually residing in the structure which is the subject matter of this petition. Apart from that, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that action has been initiated by the Deputy Collector and the Village Panchayat against the subject structure which according to the Petitioner is illegal and constructed without any authorisation. As the action has been initiated, the same shall obviously be taken to its logical conclusion by the Deputy Collector and the Village Panchayat in accordance with law. In this view of the matter, the petition can be disposed of by directing the Deputy Collector and the Village Panchayat to take appropriate action which they have already initiated 8th January, 2025

PILWP 42 of 2024 to its logical conclusion, expeditiously.
