2. Sufficient cause has been shown to seek restoration. The Applicant, it appears missed the matter on board and realized that the same was dismissed after they visited the website where the order of dismissal for non-prosecution was uploaded.

3. Accordingly, the order dismissing the Second Appeal for non-prosecution is recalled and the Second Appeal No.79/2018 and the Misc. Civil Application under STA No.1334 of 2019 (F) made therein 10th August, 2023

MCA 921 of 2019 are restored.
