Pangam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr. Dattaprasad Lawande, learned Advocate General appearing for the State and Ms. A. Kaisukar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos.4 to 6 in Writ Petition No. 437 of 2014 and for the respondent nos. 4, 5, 7 and 8 in Writ Petition No. 550 of 2013.

During the course of the hearing of the above petitions, Mr. Pangam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner points out that in the meanwhile the matters have been amicably settled and the subject charge sheet has been withdrawn. It is further pointed out that the consent terms are duly signed by the petitioner, representative of the respondent no.4 and their respective Advocates.

The learned Advocate General has no objection to the settlement arrived at by the parties. The consent terms duly signed and admitted by the parties who are present in Court along with their respective Advocates and marked 'X' for identification. 4.
In view of the above, Rule stands disposed of in terms of the consent terms marked 'X' for identification. 5.
