Heard Mr Sudin Usgaonkar, learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner. he grievance in this petition is that the Corporation of the City of Panaji (CCP) has not taken any action in respect of the structure which is the subject matter of the complaint which is at page 54 of the paper book. Apart from the oral complaints, the petitioner iled complaint dated 17.04.2023 thereby raising grievance regarding the illegal construction put up by one Mr Fariz Khan comprising of ground plus two loors in the property and also allowed some persons to occupy the premises in the said structure.

At this stage, the petition can be disposed of by calling upon the CCP to look into the grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and preferably within three months from today.
