Shri Anand, learned Advocate submits that the amount as ordered by this Court vide its order dated 17/07/2019 has been deposited wholly. Nonetheless, a warrant appears to have been issued by the learned J.M.F.C. for the arrest of the applicant. He therefore, prays for the suspension of the impugned judgment.

2. Since the amount has been already deposited in this Court, the judgment of conviction is suspended.

3. The application stands disposed off accordingly.
