The learned Public Prosecutor states that the charge sheet is already filed on 17/7/2017 before the Special Judge under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. In that view of the matter the learned counsel for the applciant seeks leave to withdraw the application. Th criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn.
