M I N U T E S The Fist Appeal is settled as follows:- Appellant Government shall pay the respondent compensation at the rate of Rs.1000/- per sq. mt with statutory benefits upto the date of the deposit of compensation before the High Court and with proportionate accrued interest on Rs.1000/-. There will be no payment of interest at the rate of 15% subsequent to the deposit. Balance amount to be refunded to the Government with accrued interest, if any, by the Registry without any reference to the Court.
