Respondent No. 5 passed away on 26th January 2015. One of the heirs of respondent no. 5 is respondent no. 6. In addition to respondent no. 6, there are two other heirs whose names are mentioned in paragraph 5(i) and (ii) of the application. Evidently, the appeal itself has not abated, although there may be a delay in joining the other heirs. I will condone the delay and allow the addition of the legal representatives of deceased respondent no. 5 as mentioned in paragraphs 5(i) and (ii). 2.

Amendment to be carried out by 31st August 2017, without need of verification 3.

The application is made absolute and is disposed of accordingly.
