This petition can be disposed of by clarifying that if the 2nd Respondent applies for regularization on or before 21st November 2017 that application will be considered by the Town and Country Planning Department on merits.

We request the Officer concerned in the Town & Country Planning Department to dispose of any such application within three weeks of it being made.

If the regularisation application is refused or rejected, no coercive action or demolition shall be taken for a period of three 13th September 2017
