This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 91 days in filling the accompanying Appeal from Order No1443 of 2021 (F). The respondent No.5 has handed over the reply opposing the prayer made in the present application, which reply is taken on record. This Court is of the opinion that the application deserves to be allowed in the light of the fact that the Hon'ble Supreme Court had issued directions that the period of limitation for filing suits and other 6th September, 2021

8 MCA-137-2021.DOC proceedings shall stand extended in view of the pandemic. 2.

It cannot be disputed that the present application for condonation of delay would be unnecessary, if the case is covered under the directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court. The respondents have not been able to seriously dispute the fact that the present case indeed is covered by directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court. 3.

In view of the above, the present application deserves to be allowed. The application is allowed.
