Heard Mr. A.D. Bhobe, learned Counsel appearing for the applicants and Mr. C.A. Ferreira, learned Counsel appearing for respondent no.1.

2. The learned Counsel for respondent no.1 does not dispute that the order needs to be corrected and thus has no objection for allowing the application for speaking to the minutes. Consequently, the application is allowed as prayed for. The order shall accordingly be corrected and the corrected order shall be separately uploaded.

MCA/408/2015 also submits that the petitioners had deposited the amount of Rs.20.23 lakhs as a condition for grant of stay. It is submitted that as the petition is disposed of and as the first respondent had no objection for returning the amount to the petitioners, this Court by order dated 5/05/2015 had directed refund in para 7 of the order. It is submitted that the said amount was invested in a bank and, as such, the petitioners would be entitled to the return of the amount along with accrued interest, if any. Accordingly, the amount deposited in this Court shall be paid to the petitioners along with interest, if any.
