Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the respondent in person.

2. The respondent states that she has no objection for allowing the application.

3. The Family Court at Pune has dissolved the marriage between the parties by a judgment and order dated 16/08/2008. A perusal of the judgment shows that it was a petition under Section 27(D) read with Sections 36, 37 and 38 of the Special Marriage Act and the marriage was dissolved by mutual consent. Parties do not dispute that, that is also a ground available according to Family Laws in Goa.

4. In such circumstances and in view of no objection given by the respondent, the application is allowed as prayed, in terms of prayer clauses 10(a) and 10(b).
