2. The impugned Judgment and Decree is stayed. However, the interim order dated 05/03/2015 which was in operation during the pendency of Special Civil Suit No.3/2012/A is revived and shall operate.

This means that pending the final disposal of this appeal, the appellants and respondents No.2a, b and c or any persons acting on their behalf are restrained from in any manner selling, gifting, transferring, alienating, using, creating 3rd party right, interest or dealing in any manner with the suit property or any part thereof.
