Heard Mr. Joshi, learned counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. D. Pangam, learned Advocate General with Mr. Munj, learned Addl. Government Advocate for Respondent No.1 and Mr. C. Padgaonkar, learned counsel for Respondent No.2.

2. The limited relief applied for in this petition is to direct the learned Civil Judge Junior Division 'B' Court, at Bicholim to decide the Civil Misc. Application Nos.22/2016/B and 31/2015/B in Regular Civil Suit No.119/2015/B within a period of two months.

3. We have perused the Roznama in the two Civil Misc. Applications and upon perusal of the same, we feel that the learned Trial Judge should be directed to dispose of these two Civil Misc. Applications as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of two months from the date of the production of authenticated copy of this order.

4. The Petitioner and Respondent No.2, who are parties to the proceedings before the Trial Court to appear before the Trial Court on 24th October, 2019 at 2.30 p.m. and produce the authenticated copy of this order.

5. All concerned to act on the basis of the authenticated copy of this order.
