The learned counsel for the respondent would have no objection for bringing on record legal representatives of deceased respondent no. 3.

In the aforesaid circumstances, application is required to be

ORDER
i.
Delay of 1935 days in filing present application is condoned.
ii.
Applicant is permitted to bring on record legal representatives of deceased respondent no.3 as set out in paragraph 7 of the application.

Let necessary amendments be carried out within a period of three weeks from today.
iv.
Amended copy of the appeal be served on all the parties. 4.
Application disposed of in the above terms.
