Date:- 10th December, 2015 ORAL JUDGMENT : (Per C.V. Bhadang, J.) Heard the learned Counsel for the parties for some time.
2. Mr. S. Vahidullah, the learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that on the last date a statement was made on behalf of the State by the learned Advocate General that if the petitioners file an application for setting up of additional abattoirs at Taluka level, the State Government shall consider the same in accordance with law.
3. In such circumstances, the learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that the petitioners shall file such an application for setting up of additional abattoirs at Taluka level, after complying with all the requirements as per law.

If such an application is filed, the State Government shall consider the application on its own merits in accordance with law. 5.
The petition is accordingly disposed of with no order as to costs. However, by consent of the parties, the interim order dated 18/09/2014 is continued until further orders with liberty to the parties to move for modification, if necessary.
