1. Heard learned Senior Advocate Shri Ramani for the Applicant. This is an application for amendment. Learned Senior Advocate submitted that there are subsequent events which are necessary to be brought on record. It is submitted that even Respondents No.5 and 6 need to be impleaded in view of the amendment that the Petitioner has sought. The application is opposed by the learned Counsel for the Respondents.

2. For the reasons mentioned in the application, we find that the application for amendment needs to be allowed. The amendment to be carried out within two weeks.

3. After the amendment is carried out, issue notice to the newly added Respondents No.5 and 6. Notice made returnable on 30th September 2024.
