2. By order dated 04.04.2014 in Miscellaneous Civil Application No. 598/2012, an amount of Rs.20,16,365/-, deposited by the State was permitted to be withdrawn by the appellants. It is now submitted that the appellant no. 1, Gracinda Braganza, who is the mother of appellants no. 2 to 8 is dead. It is submitted that as per the applicable laws, her share would devolve on appellant nos. 2 to 8. It is therefore, prayed that the amount payable to appellant no. 1 may be

MCA/706/2014 equally distributed in favour of appellants no. 2 to 8.

3. The learned Additional Government Advocate submits that appropriate order be passed.

4. In such circumstances, the application is allowed in terms of the prayer clause.

5. The application stands disposed of.
