Mr. B. Prabhudessai, learned counsel for the Petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to the Petitioner to apply a fresh application for grant of furlough after three months.

2. Leave is granted with liberty as prayed for. If after three months, the Petitioner applies for furlough, the Authorities to consider such application in accordance with law and on its own merits without being influenced by the observations in the order dated 8th May, 2019.
