he relief prayed for in this petition is to issue direction to respondents no.2 and 3 in respect of the complaint dated 11.04.2023 made by the petitioner regarding the illegal construction undertaken by respondent no.4 in Survey No.102/2 of Village Nagarcem-Palolem at Ourem, Canacona, Goa.

Mr A. Arlekar, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that show cause notice has already been issued insofar as the owners/occupants of the illegal structure. Since action has already been 25th July, 2024
