The above application is filed seeking a condonation of delay of 50 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Application.

2. Having heard the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant as well as the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State and for the reasons stated in the application, 30th January, 2023

CRMA 6 of 2023 the delay is condoned and the Registry is directed to register the above Criminal Revision Application, subject to office objections being removed by the learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant.

3. The above Criminal Misc. Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

4. Place the above Criminal Revision Application on board for admission on 20th February 2023.
