Heard Shri Sudesh Usgaonkar, learned Advocate appearing for the appellants-applicants, who has sought an extension of time for a period of six weeks in order to comply with the order dated 7th June, 2017 passed by this Court.

2. Ms.R. Kantak, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, has strongly objected the prayer on the ground that sufficient time has already been granted by this Court to the appellants-applicants, who are enjoying the money since 2010.

3. Since the appellants have preferred Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court challenging the order dated 7th June, 2017, which has been registered under Diary No.18003

MCA/498/2017 of 2017, in the interest of justice, stay shall stand extended for a period of three weeks, by way of last chance.
