Heard Mr. Bhobe for the Applicant.

2. Mr. Bhobe submits that vide order dated 07.10.2021, this Application was allowed and in fact, an order was passed on 08.02.2021 which was recalled thereby restoring the Revision. He submits that thereafter, vide order dated 08.12.2021, this Court further expressed that the Application is allowed and the order was recalled, however, the Registry has not shown the Application as disposed of.

3. A perusal of these orders would clearly go to show that Criminal Revision Application No. 14 of 2020 was in fact decided by order dated 08.02.2021, however, that order has been recalled in the present 14th October, 2024

CRMA 49 of 2021 Application vide order dated 07.10.2021. This shows that the Revision is kept for arguments.

4. Accordingly, the present Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 49 of 2021 needs to be shown as disposed of whereas the Revision has to be kept for admission.
