Heard Mr. A. Kantak, learned Counsel appearing for the applicant.

2. Mr. Kantak, learned Counsel appearing for the applicant states that the applicant is ready to deposit the amount of compensation as per the impugned award. He further states that the respondents have filed Execution Proceedings bearing No. 42/2015 and they are insisting for execution of the award.

3. Since, appeal is already admitted, there shall be interim stay to the execution and operation of the impugned award subject to the applicant depositing in this Court entire amount of compensation together with interest, if any, within a period of six weeks.
