The learned counsel for the petitioners has produced a precipe which is marked "X" for identification, in view of the subsequent developments of the trial court deciding the suit. The learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 7/6/2017 in appeal. It is obvious that the petitioner can challenge the order dated 7/6/2017 in appeal challenging the decree. In such circumstances, the writ petition is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
