Considering the above Resolution, the petitioner, on instructions, does not press the present petition. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of.

Similarly, the petitioner does not press Contempt Petition No,2288 of 2022 (Filing No.). Now that the Society has urged prima facie content, we dispose this Contempt Petition.
