2. During the hearing of the above Petition, Mr. S. D. Lotlikar, learned Advocate General appearing for the Respondents, states that the Petitioners shall be provided with police protection only for one day i.e. 18.01.2017 subject to payment of all the requisite charges by the Petitioners.

3. In view of the said statement of the learned Advocate General, Mr. A. D. Bhobe, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners, upon instructions of the Petitioners who are present in Court, seeks leave to withdraw the above Writ Petition.
