2. This is an application for extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a period of one year. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads thus:- 'a That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to extend the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal comprising the Ld. Sole Arbitrator the Hon'ble Mr. Justice R. M. S. Khandeparker (retd.) for a period of one year or for such further period of time, as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and 26th July, 2023
