2. This is an application for review/speaking to the minutes of the judgment dated 18/04/2017 disposing off the above Writ Petition.

3. It is pointed out by Shri Sudesh Usgaonkar, learned Counsel appearing for the applicant that the respondent no.1 should also be subject to the directions issued in the said order which is apparent from examining the relief as the observations in the main body of the judgment. It is also pointed out that the time

CAREV/16/2017 limit was intended to be fixed to dispose off the application filed by the petitioner within six months.

4. Shri Dattaprasad Lawande, learned Advocate General appearing for the respondents no.1 & 2 has no objection.

5. Hence, the judgment dated 18/04/2017 stands corrected and in the operative part of the order at clause 9(ii) "respondent no.1" is added and the words "by 31/12/2017" be added towards the end of the said clause.
