This is an application for condonation of delay of 12 days in filing the appeal.

2. The first respondent, who appears in person, is absent. However, the first respondent has filed reply/written submissions. The father of the respondent is personally present. He stated that the respondent is unable to remain present personally or to engage a Counsel and the reply may be taken into consideration.

3. Having regard to the fact that there is only a delay of 12 days in filing the appeal, the same is condoned. The application is
