Heard Mr. P.A. Kamat, learned Counsel appearing for the applicant and Mr. P. Dangui, learned Additional Government advocate appearing for respondents no.1 & 2.
2. This is an application for amendment to incorporate the subsequent events. The learned Additional Government Advocate strongly opposes the said application as according to him the averments are not relevant for deciding the matter in controversy.
3. In the peculiar facts of the case and as the petition has not been admitted, reserving the right of the respondents to file affidavit in
MCA/418/2015 reply, application for amendment is granted. Amendment to be carried out within one week. Amended copy be furnished to the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents. Respondents to file additional reply, if so advised, within three weeks thereafter. Application stands disposed of.
