2. This is an application for amendment of the original petition to introduce a fresh prayer therein.

3. On perusal of the averments in the petition and the prayer, which is sought to be incorporated, it appears that there is no inconsistency with the original claim put-forward by the applicants.

4. Hence, the application is allowed.
