The learned counsel for the Petitioner has placed on record the communications issued by the Assistant Labour Commissioner, Government of Goa, dated 26 June 2018, 25 July 2018, 16 August 2018 and 23 August 2018. According to the Petitioner, the State has already initiated action desired by the Petitioner. The learned Advocate General states that the action initiated by the State will be taken to its logical end within a period of three months from today. The proceeding proposed by the Assistant Labour Commissioner be proceeded with as per law. We make it clear
