he petitioner has prayed for a direction to respondents no.2 and 3 to take cognizance of the complaints dated 29.02.2024, 17.04.2024 and 30.04.2024 and undertake a thorough investigation into the violations committed by respondent no.4 and take appropriate action against respondent no.4's permissions in the event such illegality is found. 3.

he dispute is about the claim for access. he inspection was carried out by respondent no.3 after the petition was iled. Having gone through the averments made in the petition and since the inspection has now been 9th September, 2024

20-WP-653-24.DOC carried out and also since it is pointed out that the petitioner has iled representations dated 29.02.2024, 17.04.2024 and 30.04.2024 and the respondent no.4 has iled representation dated 06.05.2024, we ind it appropriate to direct the Sarpanch to hear the petitioner as well as respondent no.4 on 16.09.2024 at 4.30 p.m. and pass necessary orders. After hearing the petitioner and the respondent no.4, appropriate decision be taken by the Panchayat within one week from 16.09.2024. 4.

By keeping all contentions of all parties open, we dispose of the petition without any order for costs.
