Mr.Vitthal Naik, learned counsel for the petitioner, on the basis of instructions, from the petitioner states that the arrears of pay have been cleared and, therefore, the grievance of the petitioner, no longer survives. He, therefore, prays that this petition may be disposed of.

2. The learned Additional Government Advocate, on the basis of the instructions from the Department, states that arrears have indeed been paid to the petitioner.
