The applicant has been convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 468, 471 and 420 of IPC and sentenced to undergo Simple Imprisonment for a period of six months and to pay fine Rs.3,000/- for each Section and in default to undergo Simple Imprisonment for three months by the learned JMFC on 24.2.2016.

2. The Additional Sessions Judge has dismissed the appeal maintaining the judgment of conviction and sentence passed by the learned JMFC inter alia directing the petitioner to surrender before the learned JMFC withing 15 days to undergo sentence.

3. Pending the Revision Petition, the sentence passed by the learned JMFC and confirmed by the Lower Appellate Court shall stand suspended upon the petitioner furnishing a fresh Bail in

CRMA/161/2017 sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with one solvent surety in the like amount before the Additional Sessions Judge.

4. The application stands disposed off.
