Mr. Teles, learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing this matter for some time, based on instructions from the petitioner who is present in the Court, seeks leave to withdraw this petition. 2.

Mr. Teles, however, submits that some directions could be issued to the learned Trial Court to record the evidence of the victim girl first, at an early date.

Accordingly, we grant the petitioner leave to withdraw this petition and dispose of this petition.
