This is an application for restoration of Writ Petition No.557/2013 which was dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 05.12.2023. The learned Counsel appearing for the private Respondent opposed the application. However, for the reasons stated 23rd July, 2024

906 MCA-314-2024 in the application, we are inclined to allow the application in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). The compliance in terms of prayer clause (b) to be effected within a period of two weeks from today. Notice is returnable on 21.08.2024.
