The subject matter of the dispute in the present writ petition concerns dismissal of the Petitioner from the services of Cashier-cum-Clerk in a Co-operative Society represented by Respondent No.2.

2. Since the subject matter of the dispute is covered by Section 83 of the Goa Co-operative Societies Act, 2001 ("the Act"), learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Registrar of Co-operative Societies under Section 83 of the Act.

3. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. In case the Petitioner approaches the Registrar of Co-operative Societies for redressal of his grievance, the matter shall be heard expeditiously by the Registrar. PRITHVIRAJ K. CHAVAN, J.
