2. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the Bank Guarantee is ready and seeks further time to furnish the same. Hence, time to furnish the Bank Guarantee is extended till Monday i.e. 09/07/2018, as a last chance. In the event the Bank Guarantee is not furnished by Monday, the interim stay granted by the order dated 06/04/2018 shall stand vacated, without reference to the Court.
