Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and Mr. S.G. Bhobe, learned Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 2.

It is informed by the learned Public Prosecution, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, that the applicant co-operated with the Investigating Officer and in view thereof, subject to conditions of his furnishing contact details, his bail order can be continued.

In view of this submission, the application is allowed subject to the following conditions :

2 4-crmab-59-2021 (i) In the event of arrest of the applicant Mr. Swapnil Digambar Masurkar, in the matter of Crime No.117/2021 registered with Mapusa police station, shall be released on bail on his executing a PR bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. (ii) The applicant is directed to provide his mobile number and contact details to the Investigating Officer for contact. The applicant is also directed to inform the Investigating Officer, if there will be any change in the contact details.

(iii) In the event of arrest and availing the bail as above, the applicant shall attend concerned police station as and when required.

(iv) The applicant shall not, in any way, directly or indirectly tamper with the prosecution witnesses and prosecution evidence.
