The above application is filed by the Applicants seeking to bring the legal heirs of Respondent No.4 on record, who passed away on 06.06.2021.

Having heard the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Applicant-Appellant as well as the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of Respondent No.1, the above application is allowed and the Applicants are permitted to bring on record Respondent Nos. 4(a) and 4(b) as mentioned in the Application as Respondents to the above Appeal From Order. 15th February, 2023

3. The amendment shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. After the amendments are carried out, the Registry is directed to issue Court notice to the newly added Respondents, returnable on 15.03.2023.

In the addition to the Court's notice, the Applicants-Appellants are permitted to serve the newly added Respondents by private notice as well.
